Dr. Elizabeth Jenkins

Dr. Elizabeth Jenkins is a licensed clinical psychologist and owner of Professional Health Consulting (PHC). She has over 20 years experience working in the Veteran's Administration. She is a Courtesy Assistant Professor at the University of South Florida (USF) and an active member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers. She is a treating clinician for the NFL’s substance abuse program, and she provides nationwide training and coaching in MI and MI-Lead. For over a decade, she has conducted continuing education workshops for physicians in leadership and conflict resolution.  Most importantly, Beth is a proud mom of her two prodigious teenagers.

Dr. Brian Kersh
Co-Owner and Author of MI-Lead

Dr. Brian Kersh is a licensed clinical psychologist and member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers, Inc.  He has been training professional staff in Motivational Interviewing since 2003 and has been involved in the development, implementation, and evaluation of numerous motivational interviewing, coaching, and communication training programs for professional staff and leaders over the years.  Brian received his PhD in clinical psychology from the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!).  He currently lives in New Mexico with his wonderful wife, daughter, and son.

Jason Wilcox
Co-Owner and Author of MI-Lead

Jason Wilcox is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who loves to write and has been writing for the last eighteen years. Over the last five to ten years he has run multiple small businesses, done leadership consultation from front line supervisors to executive leaders, and is both a trainer and consultant in Motivational Interviewing. He received his Masters in Social Work from Walla Walla University. He lives in the great state of Oregon where he loves spending his time with his wife, four cute kids, and two dogs.

Jemima Neddy
Trainer & Consultant in Training

Jemima Neddy Organ has a strong passion for developing and helping people reach their potential that is why she pursued a PhD in Organization Information Learning Science (OILS) from the University of New Mexico, USA. Her emphasis was on Adult Education & Professional Development (AE&PD) and Instructional Design. Jemima has over 26 years’ experience in the mental health profession and is also a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC), and an active member of Motivational Interviewing Network of trainers (MINT). She has over 15 years’ experience in training, mentoring, coaching and counseling and over 5 years mid-level management experience. Jemima has also successfully worked as an instructor and training consultant in Kenya and the Middle East. Jemima is happily married to Jake Organ.
